Brechen Sie in diesem Kapitel nun zu Ihrer ersten größeren Expedition in das BGB auf. Mit dem Wissen aus den beiden vorangegangenen Kapiteln haben Sie auf jeden Fall das nötige Rüstzeug, um das (allenfalls auf den ersten Blick etwas unwegsame) Gelände zu meistern. Dieses (und die folgenden) Kapitel machen Sie mit einer besonderen Art von Verhältnissen vertraut: Es geht um sogenannte Schuldverhältnisse. Damit können Sie gleich den Ausgangspunkt dieser Tour festlegen. Sie beginnt im zweiten Buch des BGB zum Schuldrecht ab § 241 BGB. Machen Sie sich anfangs zunächst einmal ganz allgemein damit vertraut, was es überhaupt mit einem Schuldverhältnis auf sich hat. Lernen Sie dann hier einzelne Schuldverhältnisse genauer kennen, die im BGB geregelt sind.
