I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Micro-frontend
In the examples of the Backend For Frontend pattern in Chapter 4, Boundary Patterns, we discussed the concept of the micro-frontend. The objective of the micro-frontend architecture is to avoid creating a monolithic frontend and enjoy the benefits of independently deployable frontend components. One of the examples was an e-commerce site where the checkout feature is one of several completely separate micro-frontend applications that work together to provide a complete user experience. The team responsible for the checkout micro-frontend application would also provide the micro-frontend add-to-chart widget that is leveraged by the product details micro-frontend application.
