Within a slice, self-sufficient, full-stack teams will implement the specific user tasks. Each user task is a card (aka story) on the Kanban backlog. A single team owns a cloud-native bounded isolated component. That component may be a backend for frontend, and the full-stack team owns the frontend as well. As such, it is not unusual for a single team to own the majority of the stories in an experiment, particularly since upstream and downstream components can be implemented in separate experiments. The stories in our cloud-native product delivery pipeline tend to be much more coarse-grained than in typical scrum practices.
