I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

There are many different agile software-delivery methodologies in use today, but all of them revolve around some form of highly-collaborative ways of working and free-flowing communication. Agile approaches such as XP, pairing, or a simple code-review process, all depend on engineers working closely together.
I cannot stress enough the importance of sharing your work with others. Even the best software engineers (or system admins) on the planet are human and they will make mistakes.
