Impact of CD and DevOps
Implementing CD and DevOps will have an impact on your ways of working and business as a whole. This is a fact. What would be good is to understand what this impact actually is. You might already be capturing and reporting against things such as business key performance indicators (KPI) (number of active users, revenue, page visits, and so on), so why not add these into the overarching metrics and measurements? If CD and DevOps is having a positive impact on customer retention, wouldn't it be nice for everyone to see this?
