Bridging the skills gap
This might not seem like a big problem, but as the organization's output increases, the efficiency grows, and the organization starts to be recognized as one that can deliver quality products quickly (and it will), then growth and expansion may well become a high priority—this, I think you'll agree, is a good problem to have.
