Part II. Prepare

In this second part of the book, we'll examine the processes related to assembling an effective and efficient team of testers and an effective and efficient test system. We must have both, just as we must have two hands to clap. We'll start with the people, because the test engineers, test technicians, and other test professionals are the ones who will build the test system. Then we'll look at acquiring, building, and maintaining the test system itself. Once we've understood the intricacies of building a test team and a test system, we will move on to the third part of the book, where we perform the tests themselves.
