I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Augenblicke: Timing
Der richtige Zeitpunkt ist alles. Jeder Fotograf kennt diese Tatsache und versucht, sie zu berücksichtigen. Den Zeitpunkt zu kennen ist eine Sache, ihn vorauszuahnen, noch einmal eine ganz andere. Sie sollten den Moment erkennen, wenn er eintritt, und reagieren, bevor er wieder vorüber ist. Eines unserer Handicaps ist, dass wir schon früh lernen, der Länge des von uns fotografierten Augenblicks viel Beachtung zu schenken (dauert er 10 Sekunden, 1/10 Sekunde oder 1/1000 Sekunde?), aber weniger dem Moment selbst, den wir fotografieren. Und zumindest für die Kamera sind nicht alle Momente gleich.
