I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Visual Studio ist die integrierte Entwicklungsumgebung (IDE) von Microsoft. Für Softwareentwickler bietet Visual Studio eine Reihe von Tools, mit denen sich eigene Anwendungen komfortabel erstellen lassen. Visual Studio ist eigentlich vielmehr als Plattform anzusehen, da einige weitere Produkte auf Visual Studio aufsetzen und sich nahtlos in die Entwicklungsumgebung integrieren wie beispielsweise auch das Business Intelligence Development Studio. Das hat für Entwickler den Vorteil, dass diese für die unterschiedlichsten Aufgaben mit einer einheitlichen Umgebung arbeiten können und sich nicht ständig in neue Entwicklungsumgebungen einarbeiten müssen.
