INSPIRATIONS
Ideas for this illustration came from various sources. The first source was illustrations and calendars from the 1950s. I found the representation of the female body along with the colors to be fantastic. I was also inspired by some film characters which I really admire, such as those of the Coen brothers and Tarantino. The characters have a very tragic and dark side, but they are also somehow detached, almost phlegmatic. This illustration is therefore more narrative, than technical.
