It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

INTRODUCTION
The Eyewitness was a project that was done a while ago and was actually a test of a new coloring technique. Up to that point, I had never painted in black and white so I told myself I had to give it a shot. My plan was to focus first on shades of dark, then once done, to be able to concentrate on the colors alone. It was, as most of you should think by now, pure genius.
