So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Service providers have found that adding DVR and other special functionality increase
the stickiness of their services (i.e., decrease the likelihood that a customer may switch
to some other service). Likely service providers will fi nd that if they provide a system
that offers entertainment as well as the overall storage utility discussed here that they
