So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

7.1 Introduction
Consumer electronics devices are undergoing signifi cant evolution. Smaller
semiconductor line widths enable fewer chips. With fewer chips, consumer devices can
be smaller or they can incorporate more than one application within a single device.
The content used in a consumer device must be stored in some sort of memory, whether
that be a temporary volatile memory cache or some form of nonvolatile memory. Digital
storage is an essential ingredient in modern consumer electronics products.
