I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Bank model
The ITSO bank model consists of a few entities and relationships (Figure 10-1).

The entities and relationships in the model are:
| Customer | A customer of the bank. |
| Account | A generic bank account. A customer may have multiple bank accounts and an account may be owned by multiple customers. A bank account is either a checking or a savings account. |
| Checking | A subclass of the generic bank account. |
| Savings | A subclass of the generic bank account. |
