I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The ‘do nothing’ strategy
Throughout this book we see a good selection of the ups and downs associated with being at the helm of your own business. Possibly the greatest advantage and at the same time the biggest disadvantage is that the buck stops with you. At the end of the day, the final decision on any issue is yours. You may seek counsel from others both inside and outside the organisation but in the end it is important that any decision you take sits comfortably with you. The upside of this coin is that you can make decisions that fit well with your own ethos. The flipside is that you can’t blame some faceless corporation ...
