The ‘do nothing’ strategy
Throughout this book we see a good selection of the ups and downs associated with being at the helm of your own business. Possibly the greatest advantage and at the same time the biggest disadvantage is that the buck stops with you. At the end of the day, the final decision on any issue is yours. You may seek counsel from others both inside and outside the organisation but in the end it is important that any decision you take sits comfortably with you.
