I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

When electrical engineering graduate Jerry Yang met fellow student David Filo, their mutual interest in cataloging websites led them to found internet portal Yahoo! The entrepreneur then went on to set up AME Cloud Ventures, investing in data-based start-up companies.
Born Yang Chi-Yuan in Taipei, Taiwan, in 1968, Jerry Yang moved with his family to the city of San Jose, California, aged 10. He earned a Master’s degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University, where he met fellow graduate David Filo.
