So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How it works...
Technically, this is straightforward. The complicated part is designing the security model with the customer in order to have a common view of security from a human resource perspective. When security roles are synchronized with the organizational hierarchy, security becomes more of a human resource management process than an IT administrator role.
