I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Have you ever tried to argue with a finance director? They don’t play fair. They have at their disposal a whole host of jargon calculated to wrong foot, not necessarily deliberately, any up and coming manager. Take managers, like you perhaps, newly promoted into facing new challenges. They are trained for the functional task to which they have been assigned but have no experience of the bunch of financial hurdles and measures that come with the job.
