So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

I communicated with Olga Grinshpun through the kind cooperation of Tatiana Tursunova-Tlatov, who is Head of the International Department at the renowned Russian Film School VGIK in Moscow. She kindly interviewed her and translated her answers for me. For me there are echoes here of the history of Russian cinema.
RC: Where were you born and what did your parents do?
OG: I was born in Moscow, Russia. My mother is an engineer, my father is an architect and my brother is an artist.
