His eyes carried dark, swollen bags underneath them, begging for sleep. “I tried implementing some of the changes you recommended, but it seems like my teams are even more frustrated now than they were before.”
“Well, I’m glad to hear you’re trying! What are some of the changes you implemented?” Andrea asked, sipping her tea carefully.
“The biggest change I made was creating a learning and development team. I tasked them with coming up with fresh ideas and gave them a small budget. They have yet to come up with a profitable idea,” John scoffed.
