Internet dealing
The majority of execution-only share trades are conducted online. Internet dealing has many advantages: it can be very cheap and quick to deal; and you can trade wherever you like, without having to communicate with a broker in normal office hours.
Furthermore, your PC/tablet/mobile can be used to download vast amounts of information, including real-time price quotes, market news and commentary, charts of share prices and volume of trades, detailed company information, brokers’ reports and forecasts – see Chapter 7.
