What are the objectives of the blue team? What do they do? Why do you need them? Organizations that value their assets (tangible, intangible, and employees) will ensure they are well protected from malicious hackers as cyber-attacks can originate both internally or externally at any time. One of the most difficult tasks is detecting a cyber-attack in real-time and mitigating it. Usually, a group of cybersecurity people is hired within the Information Technology and Communication (ICT) department to proactively harden the security within the organization’s systems and network infrastructure.
