I bought this book after watching Dan Pink’s amazing TED Talk on what science knows and business doesn’t. I have a degree in psychology, and I often feel like the ability to understand how people think, what motivates them, and what frustrates them is the most important skill for a manager. The thing I love about this book is that the author draws you in with great stories.
