So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Introduction
Leadership is about creating an environment where people consistently perform to the best of their ability. Natural leaders do this intuitively, but, for the rest of us mere mortals, we have to learn how to lead. In this book my aim is to give you a framework and a set of principles that will help you to lead others to consistently deliver high levels of performance.
What makes a brilliant leader?
I guess this is the million dollar question. To be a brilliant leader you need to be many things. You need to be a chameleon, adapting your style as and when the needs of your people and the situation dictate. Brilliant leaders do this instinctively so you will need to hone your instinct in this area.
