How many real working hours can you reliably deliver every day? The American Bureau of Labor Statistics estimated that the average office worker is productive for 2 hours and 53 minutes per day. That may be an overestimate: they were assuming that all meeting time was productive. As a worker, there is a limit to how productive we can be, however long we are in the office or however efficient we are.
