Setting up the Malmo environment and respective dependencies

We need to set up RL4J Malmo dependencies to run the source code. Just like any other DL4J application, we also need to add ND4J backend dependencies as well depending upon your hardware (CPU/GPU). In this recipe, we will add the required Maven dependencies and set up the environment to run the application.
