I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Multitask teams
In a monolithic application, there are specialized teams in each part of the application—a database team, a team that develops in the backend (Java), and a design team.
In a microservice-based application, there is a multitask team, which is responsible for all parts of the microservice. Consequently, the team must be a generalist. But we know that even for a monolithic application, the developer often works as a full stack developer, and has the task of developing all parts of the application.
