Arguments

minutes: An integer between 0 and 59 that is set as the minutes value (in local time) of the Date object date.
seconds: An optional integer, between 0 and 59, that is used as the new value (in local time) of the seconds field of date. This argument is not supported prior to ECMAScript standardization.
millis: An optional integer, between 0 and 999, that is used as the new value (in local time) of the milliseconds field of date. This argument is not supported prior to ECMAScript standardization.

Returns
