What Is RASCI?

- Responsible: The person (or people) who execute the task. They do the work.
- Accountable: The one ultimately answerable for success. This person owns the outcome and signs off.
- Support: Those who assist, provide resources, or enable the work.
- Consulted: Stakeholders whose input is needed before decisions are made. This is a two‐way street.
- Informed: Those who need to be kept updated. They're not involved in execution or decision‐making, but they need visibility.
