In this new reality, leaders must learn to see technology not just as a tool but as a catalyst for transformation. Being a technologist doesn't mean becoming a coder; it means becoming an enabler: someone who understands how to integrate emerging technologies into strategy, culture, and leadership. This shift is especially urgent with the rise of AI, a form of intelligence that is now co‐evolving with us.
