So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Continuing the flow after executing the inner transformation
In our example, the flow of data of the outer transformation ends in the Transformation hello_student.ktr. It may happen that you want to continue the treatment of data after that. There are two options here:
- You want the data as it ended in the inner transformation
- You want the dataset just as it entered the Executor step
Suppose that you want the data as it ended in the inner transformation, that is, you want the data flowing from the inner transformation towards the outer one. You do it as follows:
- In the inner transformation, add a Copy rows to result step to the end of the stream.
- In the outer transformation, drag the step to the work area where you want to redirect the ...
