So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
You may want to get a low-cost lighting kit.
These run about $100 for a three-light set, and
can be configured in a variety of ways. Or you can
build your own — there are tons of step-by-step
options online (see “DIY Gear” on page 53).
BACK TO THE CAMERA
