1. Make the ball carrier by drilling a 2" hole in the
center of the 3¾"×3¾" square board (Figure
E
).
2. Use four 2"-long deck screws to attach the
top brace to the top edge of the plywood sheet
(Figure

).
3. Use four 2" deck screws to attach each of the
front legs to the unsanded side of the plywood.
4. Cut the Swiss cheese holes in the plywood
(Figure
G

page. I suggest starting out with a moderate
number of holes — not too many and not too few.
