I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Checklist
The checklist for the capture of requirements is as follows:
- What types of technology patterns are available for the transactions? Are the volumes higher during a predefined time during the day (for example, the afternoon), week, month or year?
- What are the different types of transactions that can execute? For the transaction, what are the hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly volumes?
- What is the current traffic between servers in the legacy application?
- What are the current challenges in the legacy application?
- Are there any peak traffic trends expected for the new online platform?
- What transaction volume growth is expected?
- Will additional applications leverage the services? What happens if the point-of-sale components start ...
