In chapters 1–3, we introduced you the TDRp Framework, the reasons for measuring, and the three types of measures and five types of reports. In chapter 4 you chose implementation priorities and conducted a series of interviews to understand your users’ needs. In this chapter, we focus on how to select your measures (Figure 5-1) and choose among efficiency, effectiveness, and outcome measures. You will practice on a case study before selecting measures for your own organization. Then, you’ll organize your measures for a measurement and reporting strategy.
