It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Creating Plans, Reporting Year-to-Date Results, and Making Forecasts
In chapter 6 we practiced creating the templates for the three types of management reports, and this chapter will help you populate those templates with plans, year-to-date (YTD) results, and forecasts. We will tackle creating the plan numbers first, followed by reporting YTD results, and finally making forecasts, which depend on both the plan and YTD numbers.
