So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

User experience, or UX as it’s often abbreviated, refers to all aspects of someone’s interaction with a product, application, or system. Many people seem to think of the user experience as some nebulous quality that can’t be measured or quantified. We think it can be.
