I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Setting up VS Code
Visual Studio (VS) Code is a lightweight code editor developed by Microsoft. Its simplicity and expansive repository of plugins make it a convenient tool for developers. With its Dart and Flutter plugins, along with app execution and debug support, Flutter applications are very easy to develop.
In the upcoming sections, we will demonstrate how to set up VS Code to develop Flutter applications. We will start by downloading the latest version of VS Code from https://code.visualstudio.com/.
