So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How does Dialogflow work?
In the previous section, we were briefly introduced to some tools we can use to develop chatbot and conversational interfaces using text and voice, as required. We came across Dialogflow, which we will be discussing in depth in this section. We will also use it to quickly develop an industry-grade chat solution.
Before we begin developing a Dialogflow chatbot, we need to understand how Dialogflow works and learn about a few of the terminologies related to Dialogflow.
