So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Implementation steps
The spam detection (or classification) pipeline involves five stages of implementation, grouped by typical ML steps that are needed. These are as follows:
- Loading data
- Preprocessing data
- Extracting features
- Training the spam classifier
- Generating predictions
In the next step, we will set up a Scala project in IntelliJ.
