So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Setting up SSH access for data transfer between Sandbox and the host machine
SSH stands for Secure Shell. We want to set up the SSH network protocol to establish a remote login and secure file transfers between our host machine and a virtual machine that's running the virtual appliance.
Two steps need to be followed:
- Set up PuTTY, a third-party SSH and Telnet client
- Set up WinSCP, a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) client for Windows
