I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

It is easy to assume that a new device or application will function properly when installed on a network. It may appear to work, but consider whether it is performing the way you assumed it would. Testing helps to ensure that the device or application is functioning properly, and it is critical to firewalls in general.
Create a comprehensive testing plan before installing any firewall. The team that devises the test should consist of network administrators, hardware engineers, and system users to aid in providing the most realistic test environment and data collection.
