Adopter les microservices va au-delà du choix d'une approche architecturale. Pour réussir à faire des microservices, tu dois procéder à des changements culturels et organisationnels. Tu dois évoluer vers des équipes autonomes et responsabilisées.
Cela signifie que beaucoup de choses qui étaient auparavant l'affaire de quelqu'un d'autre relèvent maintenant de la responsabilité des équipes d'ingénieurs. Tu dois penser au-delà de la conception, de l'architecture et de la mise en œuvre du système. Tu dois notamment réfléchir à la façon dont tu vas construire des systèmes que tu pourras exploiter avec succès en production, et à la façon dont tu vas les entretenir et les gérer à long terme. Tu dois comprendre l'architecture des systèmes distribués et il est probable que tu mettras davantage la main à la pâte, du moins pour certaines parties de ton infrastructure.
