I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
2 Das Structogram
Ein weiteres Modell, das zur Bestimmung von Persönlichkeitstypen beiträgt, basiert auf der Biostrukturanalyse und wird Structogram genannt. Der amerikanische Hirnforscher Paul MacLean fand heraus, dass die genetische Struktur unseres Gehirns von entscheidender Bedeutung im Umgang mit anderen Menschen ist.
Dabei wird das Gehirn in drei Bereiche unterschieden und jeder dieser Bereiche trägt folgende Verantwortlichkeit:
| • Das Stammhirn, | die Selbsterhaltung |
| • Das Zwischenhirn, | die Selbst-Behauptung |
| • Das Großhirn, | das Selbstbewusstsein. |
Folgende Abbildung zeigt die Eigenschaften der Gehirnbereiche, wodurch das Verhalten, laut dem deutschen Structogram-Zentrum, geprägt wird.
