Help Menu
Palette Bin
The Palette Bin setting minimizes and maximizes the Palette bin (see page 21). You
can also just click the edge of the bin to hide or expand it.
Reset Palette Locations
The Reset Palette Locations command returns all palettes to their original
locations.
Welcome
Choose the Welcome menu item to see the Welcome window that appears when
Elements starts up. You can then use the menu setting to change the component of
Elements that launches when the program starts up.
Photo Bin
The Photo Bin setting minimizes the Photo bin. Select it again to maximize the
bin.
Image Windows
At the bottom of the View menu you see a list of all the files you have open in Ele-
ments. Choose one to bring it to the front as the active window.
Help Menu
The Help menu is where you find the Elements Help files and tutorials, as well as
information about the program itself.
Photoshop Elements Help
You can call up the Elements Help application here, or press F1. Or enter a search
term in the box in the menu bar.
About Photoshop Elements
Choose About Photoshop Elements to see a scrolling window with information
about the version of Elements you’ve got. You’ll also see a very long list of patents
and credits—an impressive testimony to the complexity of the engineering that
went into Elements.
About Plug-In
Select the About Plug-In menu item for a long pop-out menu displaying ...
