Have you ever acted without thinking and made a split second decision only later to regret it? Of course you have. We’ve all done that. A customer who’s impulsive may make a decision before you’ve gathered enough information to fully understand the request. Impulsive people may think they know what they want before you complete the step of understanding their request. They might be the type of people who make rash decisions based on emotions, or what a friend has, or a television commercial promoting a certain product.
