5 DQR
In this chapter you will be introduced to one of the most important elements of PDMv3, DQR, which is fundamental to the Agile approach in PDMv3. I will explain how to create, manage, report on and deliver DQRs. I will explain why if you do not use DQR your project will not be under control.
