I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Azza Al Hajri (aka5868@psu.edu.) is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development at The Pennsylvania State University. She has accumulated 16 years of experience in Human Resource Development in healthcare. She spent eight years as a registered nurse, delivering compassionate care and gaining firsthand clinical experience. Transitioning to Training and Development at the Ministry of Health, Azza dedicated nine years to enhancing healthcare employee competencies and organizational development strategies. Passionate about research, Azza has contributed to published papers on workforce education, healthcare training methodologies, and organizational effectiveness. Her certification as a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) from the National Career Development Association highlights her commitment to supporting healthcare employees’ professional growth.
