Change Management and Organization Development (OD) are essential for achieving successful organizational change. However, demonstrating their value is challenging, as executives and project leaders often demand measurable evidence of their impact. This chapter introduces the Prosci Change Performance Framework, a research-based, multi-layered model that measures the effectiveness of change management and enhances change outcomes. The framework includes three levels of measurement: Organizational Performance, Individual Performance, and Change Management Performance, each assessed across three timeframes: early, mid-term, and late. This comprehensive approach ensures a thorough evaluation of change management activities, linking them directly to individual adoption and usage, and ultimately to organizational success. The chapter highlights the importance of clear success definitions, stakeholder roles, and continuous monitoring and adaptation to achieve desired outcomes.
