So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

There are three major reasons for the current scarcity of people who can measure up to the defi nition of
an effective leader. It is important that you must be aware of the major causes of this situation in order
to be able to handle problems of your organization with wisdom.
